How We Price Jobs
Our pricing is based on volume, meaning how much space your items occupy in our trailer or onsite dumpster. This method ensures customers only pay for the amount of debris they actually have.
We do not use hourly rates, because we believe hourly billing can create the wrong incentive. Our customers never have to worry about a crew taking unnecessary time just to increase the cost. Our volume-based pricing gives you a clear, upfront number with no guesswork and “No Hidden Fees.”
In-Person Quotes – No Phone/Text Estimates
Junk removal pricing depends on Type of Materials, Volume of Debris, Applicable Disposal/Recycling Fees and Accessibility (stairs, distance, tight spaces)
Because of these factors, we do not provide online or phone estimates for full loads or cleanouts. This protects the customer from inaccurate quotes and unexpected price changes on arrival.
Exceptions
For small, clearly visible jobs (such as a refrigerator, hot tub, mattress, or a few standalone items), we may provide a quote using photos.
Eco-Conscious Disposal
Whenever possible, we divert items away from landfills through recycling or donation. Our goal is to dispose of junk in a responsible and environmentally friendly way.
